These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inmigo mobile application and website (collectively, “Inmigo” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using Inmigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or its services.

1. Purpose of the App

Inmigo is an informational platform designed to assist users in understanding the U.S. immigration process. The app offers tools such as AI-generated answers to general immigration questions, immigration case tracking, document analysis, and access to educational content. While Inmigo may allow you to connect with licensed immigration attorneys, it does not provide legal representation or replace the advice of an attorney.

2. Eligibility

To use Inmigo, you must be at least 13 years of age. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of another person or organization, you agree that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Account Creation and Use

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of Inmigo. Inmigo is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. The information provided by the AI assistant and other features is for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the most current legal developments. If you need legal advice, you should consult with a licensed immigration attorney. Inmigo may offer you the option to connect with an attorney, but that relationship is between you and the attorney, not Inmigo.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inmigo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inmigo disclaims all liability for damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost data, incorrect information, or inability to access services.

8. Privacy

Your use of Inmigo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the app, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms
